The Blue Ball is a traditional village pub in the heart of Kintbury, popular with locals for its friendly atmosphere, pool table and beer garden. It’s a handy spot for a relaxed drink close to the cottage, and good for catching a game of pool or a casual evening out. However, management has recently changed and, although there’s a wood-fired pizza oven, it’s not currently in use – the pizzas on the menu are frozen rather than freshly made – so we don’t recommend it for food at the moment.
